Starting the season out right :
The netball season is fast upon us, therefore as netball players at any level of the game we need to make sure that we are ready when the season starts. How do we prepare for the netball season and the demands of the sport? No matter what age or level you participate in, at the start of each season you need make sure that you and your body are physically prepared and ready to take the netball court.

How can you be physically prepared?
Running
Core stability
Strength Training or Resistance-Based exercises
Footwear
